口譯初學(xué)者怎么處理腦記和筆記？
由于通常信息發(fā)布是具有連續(xù)性的，譯員將注意力轉(zhuǎn)移到筆記上時(shí)可能會(huì)錯(cuò)過(guò)某些信息點(diǎn)，所以譯員在接收信息時(shí)要做一些平衡，即在不重要的信息點(diǎn)上將注意力移開(kāi)。因此，譯員必須具備分辨信息重要與否的能力，這對(duì)口譯效果的好壞起著非常重要作用。

而腦記方面，初學(xué)口譯的人，會(huì)遇到難以記下較長(zhǎng)篇幅內(nèi)容的困難。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，人的記憶力可以通過(guò)訓(xùn)練得到改善。而口譯記憶能力的訓(xùn)練有兩層含義，一是不靠筆記的強(qiáng)記訓(xùn)練，二是靠筆記的筆記訓(xùn)練。在強(qiáng)記訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中記憶能力的訓(xùn)練可通過(guò)對(duì)大量材料的短時(shí)記憶（聽(tīng)--復(fù)述，聽(tīng)--譯）以及形象記憶、邏輯記憶、連鎖記憶等方法來(lái)完成，使初學(xué)者逐步適應(yīng)強(qiáng)記的規(guī)律。同時(shí)在記憶訓(xùn)練中，初學(xué)者應(yīng)學(xué)會(huì)在理解的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行記憶，也就是說(shuō)，記住原語(yǔ)所表達(dá)的意思，而不是原語(yǔ)所使用的詞匯。口譯學(xué)習(xí)中也應(yīng)加強(qiáng)筆記的系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練，同時(shí)還應(yīng)該明確：筆記訓(xùn)練只是強(qiáng)記訓(xùn)練的一個(gè)補(bǔ)充，不要過(guò)于依賴(lài)筆記而影響到信息的攝入，忽視了提高自身語(yǔ)言能力。
